Specialized in the manufacture of primary and secondary packaging, ARaymondlife offers its own RayDyLyo® pharmaceutical packaging range and is developing OR2Pack® an innovative packaging for for implants. ARaymondlife also designs and manufactures tailor-made solutions in response to the needs of the customer. The company is certified in accordance with NF EN ISO 13485: 2016 for the manufacture of medical devices.
ARaymondlife is located in Grenoble, at the heart of the Rhone-Alps region, close to research and pharmaceutical companies. The plant is located in a region that is home to global leaders in vaccine production, biotech firms, and major players in the human health, animal health and diagnostic sectors. The company enjoys an ecosystem dedicated to research and innovation near key players in fundamental research and technology clusters.

ARaymondlife benefits from this environment of high technology and cutting-edge equipment ARaymondlife has modern infrastructure organized in several clean rooms’ areas dedicated to each type of product. The controlled atmosphere areas, classified ISO 5 to ISO 8, are monitored continuously.

Our products and solutions

ARaymondlife develops innovative packaging for medical devices and particularly for implants. The expertise in the processing of specific materials such as PEEK also offers many opportunities for implant manufacturers who are looking to transfer the manufacture of their implants from machining to plastic injection.
Maintaining sterility and traceability of implants during surgery is an absolute necessity to preserve the safety and health of the patient.
ARaymondlife has developed OR2Pack®, a multi-function packaging for implants to:

• Ensure optimal protection of the implantable device


• Maintain sterility and traceability


• Facilitate storage and handling of the implant in the operating room

OR2pack is a bi-material part consisting of a rigid square tube with a soft pusher containing an inner tube in which the implant is packaged.
OR2Pack® allows an easy and safe transfer of sterile implants as well as full implant traceability. The staff can transfer implants safely from the non-sterile area to the sterile area in the operating room. Manufactured in an ISO 5 clean room, this packaging is suitable for different types of implants and is available in several sizes.
