Since 1995, Changhang has been dedicated to the R&D and production of artificial joint casting technology, supplying high-quality Co-Cr-Mo implant castings for hips, knees, shoulders, etc. Hitherto, we have supplied over 7.0 million Co-Cr-Mo implant castings to the global orthopedic industry.

昌航于2004年及2014年先后通过ISO 9001与ISO 13485质量管理体系认证，构建了覆盖全生命周期的安全屏障。2025年，旗下昌航检测中心更依据CNAS-CL01准则一次性通过评审，正式获得CNAS国家实验室认可，标志着我们的检测能力已跻身国际互认梯队。
根据外科植入物铸件生产的专业需求，昌航在无锡新建了国内外首屈一指的人工关节铸件生产基地，配备了专业的精密铸造生产线和检验检测设备。随着无锡基地的投产，昌航已形成了每年200万件的生产能力。

Changhang achieved ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certifications in 2004 and 2014 respectively, establishing a robust quality foundation for implant safety. In 2025, our in-house Changhang Testing Center successfully passed the rigorous CNAS-CL01 evaluation and was officially granted CNAS laboratory accreditation – positioning our testing capabilities at internationally recognized standards.
To meet the specialized requirements for surgical implant casting production, Changhang has built a world-class artificial joint casting manufacture base in Wuxi, equipped with professional investment casting production lines and advanced inspection equipment. With the operational launch of Wuxi base, our annual production capacity has reached 2 million castings.
